FAQ's
Yes, our appointments range between 9am and 430pm, Monday to Friday. We are in your home for approximately 10-20minutes, we get your measurements and ideas, then contact you with the design and quotation.
Yes, we have independent approved fitters. All our independent installation teams are vetted by us and have the required certifications and insurances in place to carry out the work.
You get a 12 month guarantee on the parts and labour. You will also get the individual manufacturers guarantees on the goods.
You should not have any issues, but on the odd occasion you would contact our aftersales department on 01915373056 and/or aftersales@boldonbathrooms.com
Yes, we will remove your existing bathroom/kitchen and the independent installers remove the rubbish on completion. The only thing you need to remove is your toothbrush and pans!
Yes, We have a wide range of Tiles, Cladding and Flooring on display in our showroom
We are proud to say all of our kitchens are manufactured locally here in the North East!
We accept cash, bank transfers, cheques, debit or credit cards – Please note we do not accept American Express.
There is a 3 tier payment structure – 1) £100 deposit to secure your fitting week – 2) The goods balance is required the week prior to your start date (unless paying by cheque – we require cleared funds before your job starts) – 3) fitting fee paid direct on completion
Your goods will arrive the day your installation starts. Unless the independent installer requests goods to be delivered on an alternative day. This may occur when storage is an issue.
Yes, you can supply your own kitchen appliance or reuse your existing.
